Priority Honda Hampton Auto Repair Service Center

Of course I wasn't thrilled that my compressor is not good but Donna was fantastic explained everything and is trying to help me

I was at Priority Honda because I was told the service department could likely fix a paint/protective coating (which I paid extra for when purchased) problem. First I was told by Gina in charge of these sales that I needed to come on that specific day which was the next day. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate. Second,Service was unaware of the issue or expectations. Third, Gina was not at work in that dealership that day (which the receptionist was unaware of). I waited 30 minutes after the car was released to me. The service department said they could do nothing to help and again acted confused although professional (the young woman who met me in service and returned it to me was great!). Fourth I finally called Gina on a number she gave me. That is when I learned she was working elsewhere that day. She assured me she would be in touch with the company that does the coating and would arrange to have work done on the car in Williamsburg, closer to my home. Fifth, I was pleased with that arrangement.However I have yet to hear from Gina about the promised arrangement. That was August 6. Today is August 19. Sixth, I am dissatisfied with this lack of communication and continuity in planning. Seventh, and finally, Thank you for asking for feedback. I would appreciate follow up from you. ALLISON W

Donna went out of her way to save me money from tire damage. Her success left me with funds to replace front brakes. Her efforts saved me dollars and added work for your mechanics. I was impressed.
