Linwood informed me of services that were going to be performed on my car. He also told me future services I needed as well . He answered all of my questions. I didnt have to wait long for my car to be serviced.

I dropped my car off overnight so that could have it there when you all opened in the morning. I got off of work and went straight there at 7:30am. I told one of the associates that I was the owner of the car and she said that they were getting ready to bring it in. That was 5 min. before 8am. At 10 min. to 9am, I got up to check on the car and it hadn't been moved. I inquired about the car and no one seemed to know that I was there waiting. So what I thought would be 30 min., ended up being 2 hours.

My TPMS was not Calibrated for the new tires I purchased and my tire pressure warning sensor came on when I was on the interstate. I had to return to the service center and have the work that was not completed performed. I felt very very uncomfortable with my new tires and the service I received. I may not return to Priority For my next service visit or for my next car purchase.

I noticed some dark marks on the door handle inside my car this morning- appears to be from a hand that may have had grease on it- my car may not have been vacuumed but I don’t have dirty hands whenever I get in my car and neither does anyone else that I allow to drive it. That also alarms me that in this time of COVID - someone didn’t bother to either wash their hands or wear gloves as they should have
