They knew the service I came in for and the make and model of my car, I came in for that service to sit for 2 hours go check in the see if they’re done only to find out they didn’t have the right size of something to drain and refill my braking fluid. Someone could have told me when I called to make the appointment instead they let me make it then let me sit down for 2 hours thinking my car is being worked on. Basically if I hadn’t gotten up to check what was taking so long I would have been sitting there even longer than 2 hours. It was a waste of time.

Other than the oil smudges on the door, drivers side roofline, and hood the service was excellent. Donna called a staff person and had the vehicle ran through the car wash. Thank you for cleaning the vehicle but everyone from the technician who serviced the vehicle to Donna the service advisor failed to see that before I almost drove away. Please keep an eye on the details all the time. Thank you.

After receiving a message saying my vehicle was ready and submitting electronic payment, I received a message saying see you soon from my service manager. The wording made it seem as though he would come inside and get me. He never did. After 40 minutes I went to find him only to be given my paperwork and keys by another rep who had no idea about my service. Unhappy.
