It was estimated the work would take 2-2.5 hours and it took 5 hours. I was not able to obtain an update on the status aside from “the ticket is still open” indicating the work was still in process. I had an appointment to get to and the office had no rentals to give out. I had to Uber back to Williamsburg to make an appointment which is annoying and costly. The work that was done was very nice and I would not mind it taking 5 hours if I had just know ahead of time.

The technician didn't reset the maintanence minder. They also suggested that I change my cabin and air filter even though I recently changed it myself. That means they only suggested it based on mileage, not by actually looking at it and seeing if it was dirty. I don't like trying to be charged for services I don't need.

This was my 1 s visit to your service Dept. Looking over my paperwork I was a bit taken back. I got my car from one of the sale’s person on April 25,2020. I got an estimate good until 10/1/2020. The estimate is 243.39 . Now that would mean I had the car for right @ 6 months. When I got the car it had 14,630 miles. Now it has 15,346 that means I have put 716 miles on it. So why or what are the Estimate that’s good until 10/1/2020. 243.39 cents talking about?? I don’t understand. I brought my car in cause the screen was showing a wrench, I called service Dept. & was told it needed an oil change. I didn’t Declined the tire Rotation & knew nothing about the Dunlop Enasave 01 as 165/65/14 for 200.00 ??? Please send email or something to help me understand. Seven hundred - sixteen miles could’ve cause this or could it?? Your Service Dept. was on time with my oil change. When the teach gave me my printout nothing was said about tire Rotation. Thank you.

I enjoy driving Honda vehicles as my first one was a 1978 Accord hatchback which I purchased in 1982 and have been driving them ever since. They are very reliable vehicles to which I bought my wife one for her birthday 4 years ago. Keep up the good work Honda.
