Donna was great; however, I did have some issues with the "chat" scheduling on the web site. There were long periods of silence from the "chatter", measured as up to five minutes, with no "please wait while I..." heads up. Then, when I needed to look for something (the recall number, after I provided the VIN), I got asked, "Are you still there?" after less than a minute. We eventually got on the same track and the "chat" ended well. Again, Donna herself could not have been better. Thanks.
