I think that the cheap looking sticker on the back of my car should be removed upon request. It makes me so frustrated that I paid 35K for my car and it has that junky sticker there - which happens to be placed slightly crooked. It’s hideous and it makes my car look cheap.
Needing to seek approval from the general manager to remove a crooked sticker is an absurd business practice. It reflects negatively on the culture of your organization and makes me wonder why such a relatively minor customer request needs the attention of someone who presumably needs to focus on far more significant matters, like, perhaps, overall customer satisfaction.

I had to wait over two hours with an appointment. One of the issues I had was something that should have been fixed last year when it was still under warranty. I had told them about it and it was not checked with cost me additional fees today.
I was glad so see that employees and customers were wearing masks however the person that helped me did not have his mask on properly.
