If this regarding my conversation this afternoon concerning the fact that the survey was being sent to the wrong person , I asked that all information about our Honda’s be sent to me not my daughter. I asked that telephone numbers be changed. Unfortunately, she had the wrong name. Robert is my husband and I am Maude ****. The vehicle in question is mine. If this is the person I still was not satisfied.

Linwood was outstanding. His customer service skills are some of the best I’ve seen and heard. I was in a tight situation from running over sort over getting hit by a tire on the interstate. He took care of my vehicle and got it done earlier that I anticipated.

I was happy with the service as I was received by a friendly service employee and the service was completed in a timely manner. However, I was extremely upset with the large amount of people not wearing masks or wearing mask improperly throughout the building. I personally observed several employees walking around with either no mask or wearing the improperly (around their chin and/or with their nose uncovered). In the lounge, several clients were also not wearing masks while waiting for service and not one employee enforced the policy that is posted on the doors to the building.

I had an appointment at 0945 this morning. I acknowledge that I arrived at about 0950, give or take a couple of minutes to get my daughter out the car, but it took 2 hours before I was told that my car was missing one piece that I know was missing and was needed to pass inspection.
I agreed to get it done after I was told it would take about 45 minutes to retrieve the battery hold down bar and to install it. I ended up waiting almost 1.5 hours until it was done. In total, I spent almost 3.5 hours when I felt like it should have taken no more than half of that time.

It took over 3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor disappeared and I finally had to ask about my car after I watched it being drive. Around the garage at least the four times that I counted. No car wash as offered. I had to ask the cashier if my car was ready. She said we were waiting on the paperwork. I waited another 10 minutes before going out to the reception bay where another service advisor blew me completely off. I will not use this Honda service dealer again. Very unprofessional. It’s amazing how you are treated when NOT in uniform.

Well I came in for an inspection and was told it couldn't pass because of steering--> inner tie rods. Cool. I get that fixed and come back and I am told its something else with the steering (left arm). Now that's not right. If the left arm was a problem that should have been addressed the first time with the inner tie rods. As a consumer I am thinking "so it was okay a few weeks ago and now all of a sudden it isn't" if I get the left arm fixed and come back for inspection is it going to be something else. PRIORITY Honda has been great to me up until this point. It is disappointing.

I did not get an answer to why my car warning indicators all came on at one time. My onboard display screen showed different diagnostic reading every few seconds from flat tires to engine troubles to transmission problems. No clear answer why.
