I like the compassion she shows towards customers to help them actually save as much money from the expenses and prevent people from having to spend any extra on repairs or things they don’t need at all unlike other shady car dealerships and car mech shops

When I booked the appointment with Jim a couple of weeks ago for my 2001 Accord’s oil and filter change and state inspection, I indicated under comments that it may need new front brakes. After about an hour and a half of bringing my car in, Jim came out and told me that I was right and that they were working on the brakes. Then, one hour after that (two and a half hours total), he came out and said they couldn’t do the brakes because they didn’t have them in stock. The whole reason I pick one consistent service rep and indicate item(s) of concern in the comment section is so my appointment goes smoothly. This is certainly not what happened today.

Fair price but 2 days later funds held at your bank. Plus check dated 7/31 to satisfy Richards sales numbers. I sold the car two days ago. Suntrust jn Norfolk banker and my Wells Fargo banker talked today. I get $225 tomorrow. 4 days after the sale and $13k in August 14. 2 weeks after the check was dated! ****-****-xxxx
