I Came to Priority Honda Hampton today for a recall on my fuel pump, to get transmission & brake fluid & a oil change. They let me know once I arrived that whoever scheduled my appointment must have scheduled to late & they could not order my part in time so I would have to come back to get the recall done. Then it took about 2 1/2 hours for them to complete the transmission/brake fluid & oil change, which seemed excessive especially since I got there at 7:40 a.m. but I let that go. Then someone from the service department called me & told me of other things I should look into such as coolant & new tires, I said okay you can go ahead & do the coolant today & I’ll do the tires at a later date since I had already been there soo long. After being there for 5 1/2 hours I started to get annoyed so I went to talk to my rep to find out what was raking soo long, he was nowhere to be found so I ended up talking to another rep & let him know what was going on. He was unsure so he told me he would talk to another guy & find out. Another guy came to me about 10 mins later & informed me that his service guys were just coling back from lunch & he apologized for the wait & it should be about 10-15 more mins. By the time they were completely finished I left the premises after being there 6 hours & 23 mins. Now I understand people having to take a lunch break but I feel like my work should have been completed long before lunch even came!! I GOT THERE AT 7:40 am in the morning & All I had done was a oil change (20-40 mins max) a transmission & brake fluid change & coolant change, All which should have been able to do way before 6 hours! THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT TOOK FOR MY CAR TO BE DONE, ESPECIALLY AFTER BEING ONE OF THE FIRST CUSTOMERS IN THE MORNING TO THE TIME I LEFT IS COMPLETELY ABSURD & I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! IT IS VERY LIKELY I WILL NO LONGER BE COMING TO THIS LOCATION FOR WORK EVER AGAIN & I AM ALSO LOOKING INTO TAKING THIS FURTHER & FINDING THE PROPER PEOPLE I NEED TO TALK TO TO TAKE MY COMPLAINT HIGHER BECUASE THE SERVICE I RECEIVED TODAY WAS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Jim does an excellent job for me when It’s time to service my vehicle! He is prompt, courteous and always looks like he is happy to see me. Makes me feel welcome. My driver door was covered with oil (over a foot in length) like someone had leaned against it with oil all over them. There were oily handprints on the hood too.

Service was fine. Hiwever, your early morning salesperson sitting up front at a sales desk was constantly coughing. Several other customers went outside to wait. I'm not sure what his problem was, it may have been simple allergies. In his condition someone from management should have identified the problem and removed him from the sales floor. This made for an uncomfortable waiting experience given the current events happening today. The gentleman that I am describing is a white male, and was sitting at the second desk to the left as you enter the front door.
