I appreciate Mr Comey's patience explaining the condition of the car and not proceeding until right away. I came there thinking my car needed a battery so I was prepared to spend around 200 to 300 dollars, however, when he said it was the starter and I think 867 that gave me an instant cardiac arrhythmia! I wasn't prepared he gave me payment options but I asked him just give me a few minutes to move around some money, he did very patiently! Thanks for your patience because you have no idea what my mental health was going through I am the list person. When something on my list goes left it makes me crazy!! He didn't pressure me for a decision. He stepped away and allowed me to get my thoughts together and come to him I appreciate that. Great customer service Mr Comey!

Love Donna! Awesome service manager! She was at lunch when I arrived ( I was really early for my appointment). The gentleman who signed me in told me I had an alignment issue in the back Was surprised to hear this. When checked, I was told the problem was actually in the front instead. Definitely not trusting that machine when driving in the bay. Makes me think the guy who signed me in was looking at the wrong car. My son in law is a mechanic and he stated that the alignment numbers on the front camber are not correct. Can’t be a positive number. Now questioning the work done or alignment machine
