Jeff was very helpful and patient. He had to close a ticket and then open a new one when I decided to go ahead with the tire repair and replacement. Odd that 3 tires had issues just 2 days after I purchased the car. The car drove much better after the tired were fixed.
I definitely would like to have Jeff take care of my car the next time I have to come in.
