After coming in to get my starter replaced I left and got halfway home and my check engine light and battery light came on as well as my air condition started blowing out warm air. I turned around and immediately Came back to priority Honda and my service advisor told me that it may have been my alternator now and that I would incur additional expense to repair it. I advised him that none of those lights were on a put my initial entering into the shop so it should not be an issue post repairing my starter. I waited another hour and The service advisor told me that there were cords that had not been tightened upon completion of fixing my starter. On top of that my hood was not safely secured and almost flew up as I was driving home on the highway. Which was very dangerous. I am not pleased at all with the service and the lack of care that I received. It was a busy day and it seemed as though everyone was in a rush to hurry up and get customers out at the door. This type of Rush is not only poor business practice but it is unsafe for the lives of your customers.

I was very pleased, I will never go back to priority Nissan in Newport News. I had several bad expirences and had to waut one time 4 hours for a oil change, and was told I didn't have a reset to take tire pressure warning off and to take my car to priority Honda Hampton. Once skid plate was not secure Fter service. I do plan on purchasing another Hinda but it will not be from then. I was I tricked into priorty for life I thought I was getting diability insurance , but that was a good thing because that priduct will come in handy. Thank you for excellent service.
