I do not care for donna Meeks and her team. It's the attitude that her and other members in the services dept. No concerns for my valuable time. I'm there to take whatever she and others can ditch out. They also think I'm a liar about what was going on with my crv. I felt like spit on the sidewalk as for as those people was concerned. Very disappointed in the way I was treated. I have been talking with then about other matters before with my crv. Other auto places listen and did a lot more than honda, more so if I paid them for their services. Even one of the sales representatives took it for a joke ,as for as mu concerns about things that I brought to their attention. I was told to keep bringing my truck put there to figures out what was wrong. Like I said no consideration for my time at all. I know nothing going to be done about it, just another person complaining.
