The complimentary car wash is a great idea and appreciated, but there are major spots on the rear and hood that are pretty bad, bird poop on the fender hardly touched, and little lines from where the brushes cleaned some spots around the still dirty ones. Im not upset in the slightest or anything since it was free, but it's one of those things where it's like, why offer it for a halfway-job. I'm not worried personally, but it could make some people think "well if this is how they wash a car then what does their technical, mechanical work look like. Just some feedback! I'll still keep coming here and everything. No phone call needed. Just for you guys to keep in mind

Rep was uninterested and rude. I had to come back twice to just get my service light turned off and then I was completely blown off the second time. When I pulled my car to the service lane and he showed no interest in my issue. Someone else who thought I hadn’t been helped yet had to come and help. I will be getting my service done elsewhere. I’ve never had this issue before.
