The technician who assisted me was friendly. However, I waited 2 hours for a simple inspection without any communication of even an estimate about how long it would take. And that was for an 8:30 AM appt. I had figured a morning appt would be the most likely to get me in and out fairly quickly. I bought my vehicle from the dealership in 2008 and have been taking it there for service ever since. It seems that the past couple of years the amount of time it takes for basic services increase drastically. Also, my windshield now has a large smear (probably 3”x 8”) of whatever is used to remove the inspection sticker. Not very happy overall with my visit.

I got a phone call in for emails to be there at 8:30 they did not start till 10 and they need to put in a new ring and they need to put in a new radio people can't understand you when you're on the phone
