Staff person who was helping me was very professional, kind and understanding. However, I had previously called several times in an attempt to complete a recall. I was told someone would call back when the parts were in. That didn’t happen. I called back a few times. On the last occasion I was informed that parts were available to do the job. Upon arriving, no one explained the procedure for check in. My appointment time did not appear to matter. Also, There were barely any places to sit. After waiting and checking in, and finding a seat, I was told I would need to reschedule due to not having parts. I explained I had called and ensured it could be done (several times). Eventually staff found the parts and were very apologetic and accommodating, completing the work quickly. However, good communication all around might help everyone. Thanks very much. Good success!
