When I visited Priority Honda on 2 October, I asked for the car to be looked At because it had been difficult to start for 3-4 weeks. I was told all was okay. But on 5 October it would not start and had to be towed in. Then I was told I needed a starter. I thought the service department could have determined that the starter might be the problem rather than all was okay. It makes me question the diagnostic skills of Priority Honda. Other than that, everything was fine, and I appreciated the help of Donna in the Service Dept.

I came in on Wednesday to a 3-4 wait as a walk-in. At that point, I decided to make an appointment to avoid that wait. Appt was set for Friday at 9:30am. When I gelot there Fri, I was told that my appointment was not in the system. I could either wait another 2 hours or set yet another appointment. I was NOT a happy camper. Next appointment was set for Saturday at 11:15am. When I came in Saturday everything was great. Very quick service and I was in and out in 45 min. No need to call me, but please ensure all appointments are input properly. I drove 25 min to get there and planned my entire day around this appointment that didn't even exist.
