The sliding doors would not automatically open once I got home. We had to google how to get them to work again. Luckily, we found the answer and it was easy and we just had to turn a switch. I don’t think everyone would have found the answer on their own. It was at first frustrating to think I’d have to arrange my schedule to bring the van back. In the future, I would make sure there is attention to detail before the customer picks up their vehicle. Thanks for listening!

We brought our vehicle in for inspection and servicing on August 31. We knew the seatbelt SRS was an issue and requested that warranty work to be done. The part was ordered and the wrong one came in. So we were told that we would receive a call when the correct part came in so we could bring it back and have the work done. My wife called at the end of September to find out the status of the part and found out that the part had been there since the 9th of September. That is not the first time this has happened. This is unacceptable. This should’ve been an open ticket to follow up on to get the vehicle repaired. Your departments do not talk to each other except for the salespeople who are only trying to make a living.
