Every time I have service, I set an appt.....and every time, I am there for a couple hours. I set this appt for 7:30am for an oil change & inspection. I was the 2nd person in the waiting area, yet at least 3 other people, who came in after me were done before me....looked like they were paying for services. I understand it's a free oil change & inspection but my time is as valuable as anyone else's. I purposely set this app early so I wouldn't be late for work....yet I was. What is the point of an appt? What is the point of oil and inspections for life if your customers are missing out on money they could be making if they weren't waiting for their car? Sorry, but this has happened every time.

Donna is always so nice and helpful when I come in. She takes the time to explain everything that will be/was done. I really appreciate her taking her time with me, we will be bringing all of our cars to her to service.

PROS: Service was timely and professional. I was out in less than an hour. James reviewed what was done and assured me my vehicle was in good working order. CONS: I was excited to see that the Quiet Lounge was empty, but was a little disappointed when neither of the chairs were operable. While I was in there another customer came in interested in the chairs as well.

My entire car was not repainted as I was told. The driver side door handle was not repainted, the front bumper has a chipped paint on it and I am unsure if the trunk was repainted due to the old priority sticker still being in my car. I did call and notify the service department about these discrepancies. I was under the impression my entire car was being painted during the two weeks in your possession

Linwood was exceptional!!! I do have one comment- while I was there, they kept announcing Code Red. I think this was when they sold a car which is great news. But I work in Healthcare & Code Red means something for high alert & danger so every time I heard this it made me anxious. I even heard employees that were confused by this & thought maybe fire. Perhaps come up with a better phrase.
