when I brought my car in to be serviced all functions on my dash were working. when my car was returned I adjusted my my clock and tried to lower the volume using the arrows on the steering wheel finding I was not able to make the adjustment. you probably didnt notice but the reason I didnt bring the car back is because I was low on oxygen and didn't feel like changing tanks. if possible, I would like to make an appointment to set a time for me to come in...talk with you soon

Please call. $472 for a starter was outrageous and $270 for labor on top of that was another insult. Folks on YouTube do a replacement in 30 minutes. I'm sure your technicians make far less than that. Have had several Hondas over the years and was thinking about replacing this one but will probably look elsewhere at this point. Very bothered by this.

Overall after the initial error of not properly attaching the splash shield and skid plate, the team was quick to respond to get the vehicle towed and fixed. and replace the parts that where damaged. It was unfortunate that it happened but I am pleased with repairing what was broken.
