The service department made a mistake that lead to my vehicle being damaged. Now they want over 500 dollars to fix it! I'm extremely disgruntled.

I was highky dissatisfied with my service and I have been to this location many times before. Due to the service received I don't feel I will return or recommend anyone to Priority Homda. I don't know if the name change has something to do with. Staff needs to be trained for all Honda vehicles and services.

I explained over the phone what I needed for my appt. the lady on the phone said it was in stock. I came in today for my appointment at 8:00am. Gave my key and waited in their waiting room. I was told as she can have the person work on my vehicle soon and will get back with me to make sure they have everything. An hour and 40 minutes later. I went to the rep to find out what is going on. The rep told me that they did not have the parts. So then I was told this I was upset for sitting for an an hour and forty minutes for nothing. So then I was told this part will cost me $700 and I said your company tells me you have the part, and now I have to pay for the part upfront. I told the rep I should get a discount for my time wasted. The rep said the repair can be done this week. I explained to the rep I work and I have to work around my schedule. I feel I should of had better service.
