Donna was nice however I never got a call or text letting me know the progress and that any of the services would have a cost attached to the tune of almost $300, I would have like to haven been called and asked if I wanted that service. I thought everything that was being done was covered under my priority plan. What if I didn’t have the money? Not was I offered a pick up, she knew I was going to work but didn’t ask if I need courtesy pick up so I was left with having to Catch a cab to the tune of $17. I have always had excellent service anytime I bought my vehicle to your facility this was the first time that I’ve been so disappointing.

BUT YOU MUST DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE MUSIC. It's so loud And such a bad choice in bests and I was stressed out by the time my car was done.
Is so loud that I could not hear my service advisor call me.
With Covid people are spread out and in the show room. So, it's address the music selection and volume.
