The service was completed very quickly and I was happy about that; however, I received the paper work with a list of things that I needed done and I would have changed out the coolants but no ones brought it to my attention before closing me out. It was another item I would have taken care of as well that was needed at the 60k mile marker that was on the list yesterday as well, but I don’t have the paper with me and I would have paid for that as well. It wasn’t my typical experience at this dealership but I don’t really have a free schedule to come to Hampton and I would have loved to have knocked the 2 items off the list. I will request it be Don’t at my next service appt.
