I’d say I was exceptionally impressed with Donna. She’s one of those rare employees who gains your trust quickly because of her professionalism and at the same time makes the whole “I don’t know what’s wrong with my brand new car!” problem seem fixable because of her friendliness. The detailing was better. There were still some things that could have been cleaner but I decided to let it go bc I had to go to work. The dent that was to be removed was better than before. I can still see where the dent was and a little indention, but I’m no expert in how well a bump can be removed. One of my cabin lights were supposed to be replaced. This is the second time I came for this problem. When I arrived to pick up my van, it still wasn’t working. I had to pint it out and then had to wait longer for that to be remedied, when I was supposed to be on my way to work. This was an item in the “we owe you” form that shouldn’t have been missed.
