I had a scheduled appointment for oil change and still had to wait 2 hours to be done.I also asked for low tire pressure to be checked and they didn't even do that. It was a terrible experience and very poor customer service.Just to mention that I'm a loyal Priority Honda customer for 10 years.

I have always been satisfied with y'all's service. I left y'all for a while because I was looking for a place closer to home but everytime I took it in for service, they always found something wrong. They told me that all 4 of my tires had nails in the sides and couldn't be repaired. I took it to a friend, he packed them and I drove several months on those same tires. Could tell you a lot of stories like this. To make a long story short, I hurried up and came back. Thank y'all for wonderful service. That's why my last 2 car's I purchased from y'all. A job well done.

I was not pleased with the level of customer service that I received from Michael Knox today. I was sitting at the table waiting on my name to be called.instead I received a phone call telling me to come to his station to get my ticket to go to the cashier. I asked him don’t you normally come in the inside and call my name. Michael stated that he came inside but he didn’t see me but he was telling a lie. That really upset me.
