We have always had great customer service but this time we came in for a state inspection our advisor Jose that we had recommended two things that need to be done on our car at that time. we agreed to do one at that time plus our state inspection. We received email saying our car was ready for pick up in about one hour. When we picked up our car and saw inspection checklist and it said our tires are feathering and they recommended a four wheel alignment . One why were we not told at the time our car was in there so we could’ve had it done. Instead we get a report that says customer denied service which we never got the opportunity to even know about it. When Jeff Was our adviser we always knew he would take care of our cars and let us know what we needed to do and our last time one of our Honda cars needed service last month service Jim did a great job as well but very disappointed in this service experience and the lack of Communication with us the customer. . We miss the hometown service Jeff used to give. But would like to say great work to the guys that work on the cars in the back that do the work when given and keep our cars running The priority way.
