Donna was very polite and got the job done! I enjoyed talking to her but the service took longer than expected even after we asked if they had the parts to have it done. I wasn’t completely surprised when she called me to tell me that they didn’t have the parts as the notification from the Honda app had said something similar before, but when my dad asked if they did and she verified, I was hoping she was right. Then, when I went to the desk to pay, I was already confused because I had done so through the link, but the woman at the desk took about 3-5 minutes trying to find out how to see that. I’m honestly just complaining to complain though, I was like 95% satisfied.
