My satisfaction was not just with Michael who delivered my vehicle to me, but I also received excellent service from Ron who checked me in. I did have to remind both of them of the 10% discount for bringing my vehicle in for service between 1:00 and 4:00, but that was a minor point.

I am a regular customer at priority Honda where 2 of my vehicles are serviced and I normally experienced great customer service but today was disappointing. I scheduled a state inspection for 10:30. I arrived before 10:30 and sat in the express lane with my vehicle idling for about 2 minutes before I was acknowledged. Eventually I was asked what brings me in and I said I have just a state inspection with an appointment time of 10:30….Signed the normal paperwork. Ended up taking 2 hours and 20 minutes before my crv was brought back. I understand if it is a hectic day but after the 2 hour mark I inquired with the advisor about my vehicles status. She responds what’s the last name and then said they are still working on it. I then follow up at the 2 hour and 20 minute mark with advisor by saying I’ve had alternators replaced and recall work way faster than a routine state inspection can you check on my vehicle. She eventually went and checked on my vehicle and said they are getting ready to bring it around. Usually I receive the complimentary car wash and multi-check inspection with future areas of concern explained to me. All in all I’m not sure exactly why it took almost 2.5 hours for a free state inspection but I wish the advisor was more communicative and aware of the status of the tickets on her desk.
