Overall my vehicle is working again, but upon leaving new issues started. AC started blowing hot air. The amount I spent today (alternator and everything oil related spool and valve replacement, was truly a lot, very expensive, especially having to pay at one time, on top of everything going. I feel that when customers come and spend that amount of money, over $1000 their should be more discounts available, perhaps since I paid over $1600 in repairs, I would’ve felt more appreciated as a customer knowing that priority did everything they could to save me money, like hey Ms. Pratt because your invoice is $1600.00, we’re going to go head and remove the diagnostic fee. That simple gesture would’ve made me want to come right back and take care of other issues, versus wanting to go somewhere else for future services. I also understand my car was there and the need to get it back, but I was also confused when my oil percentage wasn’t changed upon a oil change request, which led me to believe was my oil even changed? I was offered to have it done again, to provide the proof that it was done, but I felt all they would’ve done was pull my car back, let it sit and change the oil % back to 100 and slap a sticker on it. I just left... I was tired, I just dropped a lot of money, and feeling as if something wasn’t done only frustrated me. When I called and mentioned that my air wasn’t working after getting it serviced, I was propped to drop another fee for a diagnostic to check to see why it wasn’t working. That again made me feel as if Priority Honda just wanted more money. When I paid for a diagnostic check in the beginning, so why wasn’t there a report to tell me ahead of time of my AC. Every time I come to have my car serviced I always felt appreciated as a customer, not sure if John is still working but he always made me feel appreciated and offered best alternatives, even discounted me, when I wasn’t expecting one. So this time around I just felt a little different. Donna did a great job keeping me inform I do appreciate that. I just felt under appreciated not by her but the lack of offers priority provide for their customers.
