Jim comey was very professional - friendly and gave me updates during my wait. I like that I was asked about a car wash while I was signing in. Not sure who my service tech was- but I could tell a huge difference when braking. He resurfaced the brake pads and the shaking/ vibration in the steering wheel I had prior to the service was gone after my service. Very smooth stop.
