My wife coordinated over the last 8 months to have a part replaced on the door. A simple fix, a door handle because the decorative piece on ours was broken. My wife asked repeatedly to confirm the whole handle had to be replaced and double confirmed when the part arrived just prior to coming to this appointment. It’s very frustrating to show up to have the piece finally replaced only to be told another story that it requires a different part. I still have yet to hear from priority if the part is even on order. At this point it’s just easier to go to another place and have it done there.

I understand that you are understaffed, but I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to check me in when there was staff standing around talking. I kindly asked one of them if he could help me. Also I am handicapped,and clearly have a placard on my mirror. When they were finished servicing it they parked it rather far to retrieve it. It seems staff should be observing the special needs of your customers. That's a customer service concern.
