Service was extraordinary. I had a steering rack replaced on my 2018 Accord with 27,000 miles on it. This is a problem experienced by numerous owners according to my internet investigation. The failure of improper operation of the steering system,in my opinion is grounds for a factory recall. Safety should never be compromised by a manufacturer with a reputation as great has Honda.
