Actually, if the experience just refers to Mr. Adam Harrison, I'd say it was a pretty wonderful one. He is everything you'd want as a front man in customer service. He is friendly, attentive, extremely polite, sympathetic and efficient, collecting my information and reason for repair with expediency and efficiency. Unfortunately, it wasn't until the 25 minute drive home that we noticed the car's remote didn't work, having worked just fine up until the keys were given to you. So, I guess tomorrow another trip to service department.

Bethany was a great representative. Easy to deal with and talk to. She brought items to my attention and was okay with my decision of either getting the work done or passing on it.
