I was there 3 hours for oil change. To be told at 1047 that you didn't have filter. Drivier should be on his way back now. I left at 12 and the filter was still not placed in my car. I was told that I had metal in my tire which I didn't have prior to me arriving. My appointment was at 915. I brought my car there against my better judgement because it was closer to my home. I will travel to priority Hyundai going forward. I will never return.

While the job was performed with expedience that I appreciate but had not requested,I wonder if it was performed thoroughly. Driver seat not moved. No lining in the car. Headlights and radio not turned off and no car wash offered. Very disappointing. I have had better service previously. I even made a point to book in a less busy slot or so I was led to believe. My better experiences have been at much earlier and higher volume slots.
