The maintenance department was Great!!!
My issue is that I was looking at the new cars in the show room while waiting for my car and I unfortunately set off a car alarm. I was embarrassed and sorry but all I did was open a car door on a car with the window down. I said I was sorry but one of your sales people gave me a very ugly scowl. He is actually who I bought my last car from but after seeing that behavior I never will again. I was just window shopping but they didn’t know that. Nobody even asked me if I need help or wanted to buy a car. Pretty bad sales techniques. I know the car sales business is tough right now but people want to buy from friendly people. If looks could kill I’d be dead. Bad for business I would think.

I think three hour wait for a scheduled appointment is a bit much.. the service was fine but since I made the appointment and said exactly what I needed I definitely think that should have been completed and a much shorter time
