My name is not Debbie. My name is Bwtty Taylor. My tires were rotated and yesterday the tire sensor light came on indicating a problem. I was also sent there by Honda America, made an appointment for youbto document the poor paint job on my HRV. Got to dealership and was told wrong place and make Another appointment at the body shop. No one really appears to know what is going on. I will be hard pressed to ever buy another Honda.

First and foremost is when I called the day before my appointment and was warmly greeted and sincere in getting me in for an inspection (wonderfully free service) and was offered two time slots.
Entering the bay and service writer was awaiting with a key tag.
Waiting room was inviting and socially spaced with free complimentary hot beverages.
When my vehicle was completed, I received a complimentary maintenance report.
I do need some preventative (which I will surely make appointments), the most reassure I felt was no pressure to have them done immediately but rather as soon as I'm available to make an appointment.
This Honda Dealership is"ALL" about customer service as priority #1 as an atmosphere of friendly and concerned.
