Not as personable as other times I’ve been there. First time I felt extorted on a part and service too. No biggie but it just seemed unhappy there :( she didn’t even tell me w/ a rejection if I had time to fix the taillight. Not that I don’t appreciate the hard work at Priority Honda Hampton - I just needed a bit more communication other than “so do you want the rejection sticker?” - btw this was from a young adult w/ service, not the person who rung me up today at the end.
