Too late. I made the appointment online and picked a state inspection and a car wash. I got the state inspection but after walking out to the lot to see my car I noticed they skipped the car wash. Since there were a lot of people in the waiting room, I did not go back realizing I would have to wait a while to get back in line. Not sure why I bother with selecting services when I don’t get them. I never had this problem at the Honda dealership in Chesapeake.

Please fix the massage chairs in the quiet room. The quiet room is the reason I chose your location over others. It wouldn’t be so bad if you could sit in something else while in there, but you can’t. Those chairs are not comfy when they don’t work.
