I do not like the additional 2% surcharge on the credit card. We already pay more just by using your dealer service compared to other repair shops. Especially during this economic situation, it is not wise to do this to your customers.
It would be nice if you informed me about this extra charge. Then either I can get the cash or go somewhere else

I had an appointment at 1:15 for my car inspection. I was waiting for hours until I went and asked for an update at 5:10. They told me that my car had been ready for hours and they went into the lounge and called out my name with no response. I was sitting in the same spot the entire time in the quiet lounge and no one ever came and called my name. They then said they called the number on file, and there were two numbers on file. They called the number that belonged to my mother and got no response, and did not call my number afterwards. The receipt on my inspection said it was done at 2:08, but I only found out my car was done at 5:15. It was a horrible experience and I am pissed.
