I’m bothered that I have to continue to have my headlight lenses resurfaced each time I come in for inspection. Today was the third time it was noted as a fail. Is there no permanent fix for this issue? I have NEVER had a car with this issue.

Firstly, Michael was a good service representative and this should not reflect on him in any way. My issue is with the policy of not taking any action for an intermittent failure. My van has been in twice for the same issue, but by the time I bring it in the issue is not presenting. It's frustrating when I paid Priority a premium for the extended warranty only to be turned away when I try to use it.
