I brought the car with a complaint about a noise coming from the right side of the front side. I was told that everything was fine, but the noise continue to be heard. It is my assessment that the suspension was not check throughly. I would like to take the vehicle and have a mechanic present for a test drive. As I mentioned to the lady, something within the suspension have to be malfunctioning. Very disappointed with the service provided. Thank you

Service was ok but the service department was instructed to leave keys at the receptionist desk as I would likely not make it before the service department closed. Upon arrival I was told my keys were not left with receptionist and there was nothing they could do. I drove 15 miles back to my home to retrieve a spare set of keys, 15 miles back to the dealership to retrieve my car. That is a total of 60 miles plus having to return on the next business day to retrieve the keys that the service department did not leave. With todays gas prices I generally don’t drive around 75 miles just for the fun of it. This is totally and completely unacceptable. I also learned from the receptionist that this happen quite frequently. You guys obviously could use some checks and balances and some quality assurance.
