I waited about 3 hours. I was told there is a car wash free; however, my car was not washed. When I talked to the young girl, she drove my car to wash, but I saw half of the wheels are still dirty. No vacuum for inside of the car. The girl told me only wash outside of the car. Is that true?

Adam was awesome as always. Got charged a filter because "Honda says it needs to be changed because of code", knowing it isn't the damn air filter on a Honda Civic Si when all the warning lights are on. Really, I don't think Honda builds a half **** car or makes the mechanics wonky just to get a little money out of customer. I heard the problem and felt the problem as soon as I drove off. It didn't get fixed. I believe when the technician drove the car for "ten Miles" he must of had the window up and ac on, or he has difficulty hearing. Same problem, no power or pick up the way the vehicle should, and still had the noise on front left suspension, still had the hissing sound when changing gears and shifting. Bottom line, car didn't get fixed, yeah codes are off because of diagnostic, but got charged for a air filter and still have a problem. But no worries, I will be taken care elsewhere to get it fixed.
