We brought in the van for a specific problem. We were told it was fixed. I drove away and had to u-turn to go back because the problem was not fixed. The problem wasn’t caught when I brought it in for that issue and it wasn’t caught when they did a 12 point inspection. It felt very confusing. The mileage hadn’t budged, which tells me they didn’t drive it to hear the problem and didn’t drive it to ensure the problem was fixed. I lack confidence and trust in dealerships in general, so this just perpetuated it.
