I have been going to Honda for years for service in Hampton, VA. Today’s service was horrible but It’s always been great service . I went in for my state inspection and they forgot to put windshield wiper fluid in my car. I really don’t know if any other fluids were also not addd to my car. My car is a 2009 Honda Accord and I can’t afford to buy another car at this point so trusting Honda to service my car properly is very important to me. I’m concerned that they did properly service my car because the new windshield wipers they changed out don’t look to have been installed correctly, both wipers have clamps sticking out that I noticed after I left. I just want my car inspected properly..
