Adam was great getting me in for an inspection when I didn't have an appointment as I came straight from work getting off early. I live on the west side of Williamsburg and had worked in Hampton and hoped I could get my inspection done without having to make an extra trip, especially with gas prices so high. I really appreciated that.

I did not know about an "electronic balance" which papers on my receipt, but was not explained or mentioned. I would have also appreciated a little bit of information about tire tread and breaks. They were only Inspection Checklist, but NOt really explained.

Was offered for my car to run through the car wash. Gladly accepted, but car was never washed. We’ve been a customer for many years and the service the past couple of times has not been the best. Always gives recommendation for service before checking to see if the service has already been done or not. Does not look good.

I am beyond upset right now. I’ve been talking all day with yall about the fact I would have to come after six to get my car. I informed Bethany it was possible I would could come sooner and then quickly told her it would be after six. We arrived to get my keys and they weren’t left in the front like I was told. I am five months pregnant and already don’t feel good. On top of that gas is over $5 dollars and we had to bring out truck to retrieve my car but of course can’t get it now.
Thankfully my husband realized as we were pulling out he had my spare. I will be back to get my key and talk to management as this was completely preventable

My appointment was at 7:45 and I didn’t get my car back until about 12:30. It should be no reason that my car took that long for an oil change. Also, I was supposed to receive a complementary car wash and my car wasn’t washed at all. This is the second time that I’ve had to leave a bad review and this is also only the second time I’ve deal with Priority Honda Hampton so that’s really saying something. Do better!!

Adam was amazing! At first, the anticipated bill was over $3,000. However, with Adam’s help, I submitted a Goodwill case with Honda and they agreed to cover 95%. I only ended up paying $75! Adam was exceptionally informative, understanding, and effective. I’m very grateful for him and this pleasant experience with Honda.
