Failed my car for state inspection due to a lightbulb. I corrected the light being out in the parking lot. The service advisor would not re-inspect it because it “might go out again” So I was forced to drive away with two working headlights and a failed inspection for a headlight.

They did an excellent job. When I pulled up, it was quite busy, so I understood the small wait time. It really wasn’t a problem at all. I mean, it was right before 3 pm. They gave me a good heads up on what I could do to keep my cars upkeep. Although the air/cabin filter replacement was a bit expensive for my taste but it wasn’t the associate’s fault. I will continue to bring my car there for maintenance. Thank you.
