Completely satisfied with Elysia Potter. The black gentleman that checked me in was unprofessional. He told the oil change should be completed in about one hour. Aftet one hour I saw my car pull into the bay. After another 15 minutes I went to his desk to ask about my car since he was the person who checked me in. He then informed me it was not him that I should check with and if I would have magically been aware of this. It would have been nice to have been informed by him that that someone else should keep me informed. I've had my car serviced there may times and never hand anyone but the person that checked me in, check me out.
