She didn’t call back with an estimate for carpet repair(as I requested). I said I didn’t want the repair done. It had already been done. She eventually said she wouldn’t charge me but then added the charge to the tire rotation price I was quoted. Special was 24.99 and when I paid it was 49.99, so she charged me for the carpet after all. It’s this kind of ‘service’ that keeps people from buying.

No need to contact me just wanted to let yall know michael was great but the service tech on the other hand was probably still sleep. After waiting over a hour for just a oil change I went to Michael to ask what was going on today because usually when I come right at 730 I'm usually gone by 8 no later than 815. He stated my truck was still in the back. I told him no I see my truck in the lot.The service tech never brought Michael the key or paperwork so Michael had to go to the back and get the key and paperwork from him. I can only imagine how long I would have been at the dealership if I haven't looked outside and saw my truck sitting there. Oh one more thing please ask the techs to not said they did something and they don't. They stated they did the carwash but my truck was bone dry but other than those few hiccups I had a great day.
