Priority Honda Hampton Auto Repair Service Center

Had to make a second trip for basic maintenance to be completed that was over looked.

Hello Priority... You FAILED today. Your checkout process was awful. Total confusion by your team members over the credit card processing fee. Terrible explanation of differences. A cashier only pointing to a very small sign on the counter isn't acceptable service. Seemed like a "no checks" sign at a gas station back in the 90's. Like a scam. You must do better. You could warn your customers when you confirm their appointments. Although each of my payments was accepted, I had to use 3 different systems to enter payments. Only to learn that the first 2 alternatives, despite what I was told by your cashier, would incur service fees. Do you train your staff? The cashier had to process and void/cancel my payments at least 2 times. There was no manager to help with questions. You need to make checkout easier. There's no reason for making your customers consider so many different choices. If I can pay with a credit card and not be charged a fee via your text message system, why would you even consider charging a fee if I use my card in your card reader or via Apple Pay. Lousy, awful, terrible service. Maybe you need to find a new bank to process your credit cards. The customer next to me with a $1,000+++ bill couldn't use your text system so she was charged a processing fee. Lousy way to treat a customer with an unusually large bill that she wasn't expecting. I was so impressed that you did my service in less time than you promised with no added charges. And then I had to spend 15 minutes while your cashiers processed my payment. Embarrassing!!! Hi! I want to start with saying Ryan is a great addition to your team! I just feel like he wasn’t equipped with the tools of success. When I dropped off my car, he was the only one in the area, with a few other customers coming in. Then when I came in the next day he had no help, literally 4 customers in line. Help assisted as soon as they saw ppl getting impatient but that is not cool for someone that is new. His customer service was awesome! I love his attention to details!!
