My service experiences lately have been mostly OK. If I were completely satisfied, I'd feel confident in understanding of the intended flow when I bring my vehicle in, I'm constantly perplexed about where to get my keys or feeling like when lunch time comes around I'm forgotten about in the waiting room, or when I've used the shuttle I have had to call to see if my vehicle was ready. All ok... but has room for improvement (conceivably why you're asking). A clearly communicated achievsble PROCESS would greatly increase satisfaction.
Also, at my last visit, the free multipoint inspection seemed to have been "pencil whipped" and this makes me question my trust in the work done at the dealership. I say this because I was told my tires were "wearing evenly" when I had (as a temporary measure) recently replaced ONE tire when the other 3 had 30,000+ miles on them. Tread depths were provided that also don't make sense given that detail. Integrity of the inspections, if done, should be prioritized from my perspective, this could have safety implications.
